Fitness Is Better With A Buddy

You better believe I have tried anyandeverything under the sun to get my weight and health under control.

I mean, everything.



The problem with all of the things I've tried, I've never really had a accountability buddy to keep me motivated!

Luckily, I have finally found the perfect new program for couples, The FocoBody 360 Plan for couples!

On a daily basis, each participant receives an email containing a daily reminder to access their Precision Nutrition coaching website to review their daily lesson, exercise and habit building reminders.   1. I agree! It really helps to have someone motivating you to keep going when working out -- and by encouraging your exercise buddy, it's also in a way, encouraging yourself, too!

  6. I'm so glad you found what works for you! It took going to a holistic doctor for me to really drop the weight and feel better. I was having so many health issues. Now 10 months later I'm feeling much better and I'm 45lbs lighter. Lots of clean eating!

  8. Working out with a friend does certainly help motivate you to stick to your goals. I had a friend once who was great to work out with. Good times too because afterwards you can treat yourselves to coffee :)
