Tech Items That Will Look Great In Your Home

One of the hardest things that we will all do is life. Life is not easy - everything moves fast, and there are bills to pay and jobs to go to. There are relationships to maintain and friendship circles to manage. The good news is that humans are rather smart! We come up with new and inventive ways to make life easy all the time, from smart home technology to standard appliances that have upgraded to be more efficient

We invented the dryer when we didn't want to wait for the weather to dry them, and we created the Roomba when it came to wanting to vacuum hands-free. We’re pretty good at inventions, and we’re even better at bringing back the vintage “tech” in new ways. For example, we no longer have the twin tub washer, but hi-tech washing machines. We may not have the record player anymore, but we do have USB record players at https://musicauthority.org, and that’s almost the same! Your home deserves the upgrades you can afford, and you should take a look at the list of home technology below that will look great!

Round Grey Speaker On Brown Board

Sick and tired of all the wires plugged into your home? We don't blame you - they’re annoying. This is why wireless chargers were created. They restrict your movement and break easily, which means that you spend a lot of money on replacements. Wireless phone chargers can make a big difference, and you can even get them in the form of a phone case!

The Roomba does the floors, but Ecovacs do the windows! You can charge them wirelessly and get your windows cleaned by a robot instead! You can let it charge and then set it about its job, resetting the router when it loses connection. It’s a great way to save time, and you get super clean windows for it!

Smart home technology is likely one of the best ever inventions we’ve had in this century. Controlling your smart technology can be done with the Echo from Amazon. You can use it as an intelligent assistant giving you help with recipes, but you can also control the rest of the smart technology in your home, from the lights to the doorbell camera. The coolest bit is that it can be controlled by voice, which gives you so much more room for fun! 3am wake up calls? Just ask the Echo!

How smart will this look in the kitchen? The Nespresso Prodigio looks good, and you can time it to brew the coffee from your smartphone. You don't even have to get out of bed to turn it on, and that’s one of the best bits about it. A little Bluetooth and you’re good to go for your day!

With the right technology from the list above, you can ensure that you are up to speed on everything that you need for a smart home. The more intelligent the house, the better it runs - and that’s all you want it to do!

What Is An Evaporative Cooler?

This was the first question I asked when New Air reached out to me again for product testing.

Seriously, I had no idea what it was.

Fairly quickly, I found that an evaporative cooler is sort of like an air conditioner and fan all in one. It is especially wonderful in dry climates as high humidity areas will render it ineffective. It arrived a few days ago and I have already put it to work!

I love this thing! It is a powerful tower fan as well as an evaporative cooler (2-in-1 FTW!) and it is so quiet! There are many functions that are so easy to configure.

It has an extra large five gallon easily removable tank that you will have to refill less. It has an oscillating fan that has four speeds with 600 CFMs of power with a range of 640 square feet. It's super energy efficient as well since I don't have to have the air conditioning cranking so high while I use it. And, it's portable! On wheels! With a remote!

My laziness is overjoyed.

The best thing about it, though?
It's going to be absolutely PERFECT for camping/RVing!

I'm going to put it to good use, just as I have the portable ice maker, and have the best camping trips ever! I definitely won't have a problem finding a cool space with a cold drink in those hot desert climates!

Have you ever used an evaporative cooler? What do you think of them?

Building The Perfect Computer

Recently, I decided that I didn't have enough going on in my life so I began to start building my own computer part by part. It's something I have always wanted to do but never really had the time to try. Since I have all of the time in the world to do whatever I want now, I figured it was about time to tackle it.

It's not going well.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still trying but it's a lot more work than I originally anticipated. I'm pretty excited about the project and have been ordering bits and pieces here and there.

It's also pretty awesome that I'm getting a lot of help for the parts by Cherry Americas. I've written about some other products I have received from them before, and today I am excited to tell you about the Cherry JD-0800EU-2 DC 2000 keyboard and mouse

I thoroughly tested these out and found them to be excellent! The keyboard is nice and slim and the keys are whisper quiet! There are four hot keys as well: calculator, sleep mode, email, and browser. The optical mouse slides and clicks super fast and works for right or left handed folks. Both parts connect with a USB so that's convenient.  I love the price, especially, only $17! As with all of their products, it's very well made and has a two year warranty.

Now, if I can just get the rest of this new desktop I'm building together, I'll be able to use them all of the time!

Have you ever tried to build your own computer? How did it go? I'd love some tips!
